Static Mixer
A static mixer is a precision device used for continuous, in-line blending of fluids (liquids or gases) without moving parts. It utilizes fixed internal elements within a pipe to divide, restructure, and mix materials, providing high efficiency, low maintenance, and consistent, homogenous mixtures. It works by forcing the flow through specially designed internal elements that create turbulence and blending.

Working Principle :
Two or more fluids enter the mixer
Flow passes through internal elements
Elements split, rotate, and recombine the fluid
